E – Doctor: terms of use

Please read the following terms carefully before using E-Doctor service!

By filling in E-Doctor’s query form, asking E-Doctor a question or sending him e-mail you become a user (hereinafter called “User”) of medical consulting service provided by Medical Firm Dziednieciba (hereinafter called “MFD”) called E-Doctor (hereinafter called “Service”). The Service includes all answers to the questions in all forms and medical consulting.

The users’ questions are answered by MFD professional medical staff.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. THE USER SHOULD USE SERVICE AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MFD OR ITS STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES TO HEALTH) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

MFD is not responsible for any consequences and results arising out of the use of the Service.

MFD makes no commitment to answer the User and has a right to cancel or not to provide the Service to the User without limitation, prior notice or explanation.

All information which is received from User by the Service and information sent to User remains private (this is true for information which is stored in MFD facilities only) according to MFD medical privacy policy. MFD takes no responsibility for any information (including Service’s information) transmitted via Internet or in any other way.

MFD reserves the right to publish questions and answers to them excluding the information about the User and all references to the User.

By using the Service you agree with all statements and terms of use mentioned above.

MFD takes limited responsibility for its services and provides limited warranty only in case you personally come to MFD doctors to be examined and consulted.
