In 2016 MFD Healthcare group provided services to 561 325 clients achieving 12,4 million EUR turnover

MFD Healthcare group, which provides services in 4 outpatient hospitals and 27 doctors’ offices and departments, in 2016 provided service to 561 325 clients, achieving 12 410 530 EUR turnover. Compared to 2015, the turnover increased by 1 433 303 EUR. In 2016 MFD Healthcare group has also invested more than 1 million EUR, obtaining new and modern medical equipment, as well as renovating the existing and new facilities.


In 2016 MFD Healthcare group range of services complemented new Occupational Healthcare service, opened at the outpatient hospital Pardaugava, which is equipped with modern equipment to ensure the quality and speed of services. At the other MFD Healthcare group outpatient hospitals and doctors’ offices has increased range of services and have been recruited new specialists as well.

Since January 2017 MFD Healthcare group has begun to offer a range of new services: the total body and total spine magnetic resonance imaging, optical coherence tomography (OCT), liver elastography and many others.

In 2017 MFD Healthcare group will open MFD Health point where everyone will be able to get the highest quality laboratory tests, a wide range of vaccination services, and infectologist and other specialists’ consultations. In 2017 special attention is paid to healthcare service accessibility in Kengarags, Pardaugava and Central regions of Riga, expanding the range of services, improving and developing diagnostic services by upgrading them in line with European best practices by obtaining new, modernized medical technology with the aim to further expand the range of medical services provided.


Continues caring for regional population and the poor


MFD Healthcare group Mobile diagnostics team that provides mammography, radiography and other services, in 2016 traveled 43 458 kilometers across Latvian regions, providing services to 26 625 people for whom such services on a daily basis are not available.


MFD charity program Help (http://help.mfd.lv) in 2016 provided healthcare to 67 people in need for almost 2085 EUR. From 1 October 2008, the program provided services to 1453 people in need for a total of 25 371 EUR.
