April 20, 2011 – Starting from May at the “ASTRA dent” and „NovaDent” dental clinics in Riga is available a new generation material for dental prosthetics - Dentalur, invented by Moscow State Medical Stomatological University.
Using dentures can be complexified by several factors as allergy to a material and short time use due to its fragility. Except this, pathogenic microorganisms multiply in the mouth very actively, causing bad breath.
Unlike existing materials used for manufacturing of dental prosthetics, Dentalur meets all necessary, previously unattainable requirements. Its main advantages: hypoallergenic, high biocompatibility, as well as resistance, resilience and elasticity, which allow creating a denture of any complexity and configuration. Microbes multiply much more slowly on Dentalur dental prosthetics, so there is no unpleasant smell.
Except the above-mentioned advantages, Dentalur is keeping the exact shape of the prosthetics during the whole period of use, providing with maximum and long lasting comfort. In addition, this material has wide color options, which allows matching the exact colors of the gums.
Dentalur has been rewarded with a gold medal of IX International forum „High Technologies of XXI century”, a gold quality mark of “Pan-Russian brand” and a certificate of the gold partner of II Pan-European stomatology congress.
Compared with other materials, Dentalur has as well an advantage in financial terms. Its price is almost 50% lower than a price for dentures made from acrylic plastic.
