MFD Healthcare group participates in campaign «Customer service month»

By participating in the campaign «Customer service month», MFD Healthcare group outpatient hospital «Pardaugava», «Ilguciems» and «Mozums-1» is competing for the place among the most praised Latvian companies. The main idea of the campaign is to evaluate positive things happening around and praise good service: a company, a branch or a particular employee.
 
Until 31 March customer service in the MFD Outpatient hospitals «Pardaugava», «Ilguciems» and outpatient hospital «Mozums-1» can be evaluated:
• by filling in the form on the website www.labsserviss.lv;
• by filling in the form at the outpatient hospital reception.


Evaluating the customer service, it is necessary to indicate company’s name, it is also possible to evaluate a specific customer service specialist at the company branch and to describe in detail the quality of the service. Everyone who is interested can evaluate the company on the internet once a day.


MFD Healthcare group outpatient hospitals provide outpatient medical services, paying special attention to prevention and early diagnosis.
