E-Doctor is a unique medical consulting service. Any question concerning your health or medicine will be answered here absolutely FREE!

Please read carefully the following information before asking a question!

You may ask E-Doctor about any problem concerning your health, a medical problem or medicine in general. You will receive the answer by e-mail as soon as possible (usually it does not take more than one business day). Anyway, we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Put down the reference number of your question and use it in any further questions concerning the same problem / case.

You should fill in the whole E-Doctor’s query form to get the answer. All information provided by you remains private. (See legal terms of use)

Input fields description

Your name or nick

Any name or nick you like – real or unreal one – we will use it only to address you in our messages.

 

Your e-mail address

Your valid e-mail address – we will send you an answer by e-mail using address provided by you here. You will not receive an answer if this address is not valid. See E-Doctor’s FAQ for additional information.

 

Your sex and age

Just enter the correct data – this information is very important for the real doctors who will be answering your question.

 

The country and city you are from

We would like to know you better in order to provide the best possible service

 

Your preferred language

Choose the language you are going to use while asking a question. Sorry, we do not answer questions asked in English. Questions in the Latvian or Russian languages are only qualified to be answered.

 

Question’s subject

Choose the the closest subject of the question you are going to ask. If you are not sure – just leave “I am not sure”

 

Your question

Type in your question here. You must follow the rules below to receive the answer:

 

Use the language you have specified as a preferred one asking a question. Do not use HTML tags typing your question.

 

You should use either the Russian Windows (Windows-1251) characters set or Latvian Windows (Windows-1257) one according to the specified preferred language. If you run Microsoft Windows operating system and are able to use either Russian or Latvian characters in application programmes – just type your question as usually. If you are not sure or have a Macintosh or UNIX operating system – use only Latin (English alphabet) letters to ask a question in the above specified preferred language.

If your question is related to any previous one – include reference numbers of all related  questions asked before.

 

When the query form has been correctly and completely filled in – press Submit button to send it to us or press Reset button to erase all fields and start again.

If there are any mistakes in the form – you will be asked to correct them and re-send the form.

If the query form is filled in correctly – you will be notified by confirmation page with reference number of the question you asked .

Do not forget to put down the reference number – it is your question’s ID.
