dr. Údri graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Latvia and received his diploma in traumatology and orthopaedics.
He studied joint endoscopy in Lithuania, at the Klaipeda University Clinic under the teacher Dr. V. Jermolajeva.
Since 2008, he has supplemented this knowledge in leading European clinics - in Italy in 2010 with the world-famous Dr J.Porcellini and Dr Campi; in Spain, Barcelona in 2009 with Dr Mihaela Chidean; in Poland, Krakow in 2009 with Dr Stanislaw Szymanik; in England, Uxbridge in 2010 with Prof. Ofer Levy.
He was the first in Latvia to perform an arthroscopic nerve release operation of the shoulder joint, as well as an arthroscopic shoulder stabilization operation - Laterjet Bristow.
More than 300 arthroscopic shoulder, knee and other joint operations are performed annually in various regional Latvian hospitals. Specializes in the treatment of shoulder joint problems. Modern methods and the latest equipment are used in the treatment.
Dr Ūdris is a member of LTOA (Latvian Traumatologist Orthopedic Association), LCASA (Latvian Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy and Sports Orthopedic Association) member, as well as a member of the Association of Doctors.
