dr. Vikaine Graduated from the Faculty of Pediatrics of the Latvian Medical Academy and in 1991 completed her education at Riga Stradins University with the speciality of paediatrician-neonatologist. She is a member of the Latvian Association of Pediatricians and the Association of Neonatologists.
