What are occupational diseases?
Occupational diseases are diseases specific to certain categories of workers, the only or main cause of which are physical, chemical, biological, psychological and other factors of the workplace.Although occupational diseases are less common than other major diseasesthey are of great social importance, because occupational diseases are affected by people of working age, they often take place severely and are the cause of disability.
