In 1997, Ilona Dr. Hvoščinska graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Russian State Medical University in Moscow. She worked at a scientific and educational medical center in Russia. In the period from 2000 to 2007 she was a cardiologist - resident in the department of cardiology of the Clinical University Hospital "Gaiļezers". Since 2007 he has been working as a cardiologist and a certified functional diagnostics physician at the MFD Cardiac Center. The doctor constantly improves his knowledge at scientific and practical conferences, lectures, seminars, congresses, both in the Baltic States and abroad. He is a member of the European Cardiology Community.

In 1989, Oļegs Orlovs graduated from the Faculty of Preventive Medicine of the 2nd Leningrad Medical Institute (Mechnikov Academy). Then he started an internship specializing in occupational diseases. Later he worked as an ambulance doctor in Riga and Jurmala. He mastered the specialty of a cardiologist at the First Hospital and in-patient department "Gailezers". From 2004 to 2007 - cardiologist, doctor of functional diagnostics and echocardiography at the Latvian Olympic Association and at the same time cardiologist and specialist in echocardiography at the Cardiology Department of the Gailezers Clinical University Hospital. Since 2007 - cardiologist, specialist in echocardiography at the MFD Cardiocenter.
Additional experience and education: refresher courses in cardiology, echocardiography, bicycle ergometry at P. Stradins University, as well as in Germany, France, Great Britain, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia; participant of world and European congresses (in Morocco, Greece, Czech Republic, Portugal, Russia, Colombia). He spoke at the XI World Congress of Cardiology in Greece with an essay on "Aortic regulation and the accessory chord of the left ventricle". A constant participant in scientific and practical lectures, seminars, conferences, congresses, both in the Baltics and abroad.
