1 June 1998 -- Medical Firm Dziednieciba (MFD) opened its Virtual World in Internet! Its address is: http://www.mfd.lv  There is a lot of interesting and extremely useful information and services (including E-Doctor and Book of Health) in MFD Virtual World, especially in the field of medicine!

The idea to create such a world arose from comprehensive investigation and exploration of Internet – we discovered that there is no sufficient amount of information about medicine and  health in Internet resources. It is especially true speaking   about Latvia.

MFD developed its Virtual World taking into account the importance and necessity of medical information and knowledge. Its mission corresponds to the mission of MFD: to take care of people’s health, help them and prevent illnesses! Provide medical information and improve the level of knowledge in the field of medicine.

MFD provides a unique free service called E-Doctor through its Virtual World. E-Doctor allows you to get answers to any questions concerning your health or medicine absolutely free! Just ask E-doctor – that is all – you will quickly get the answer! Such a unique free service helps people to satisfy their needs in the field of health and medicine! MFD is happy to help people! In case the problem is serious – a person can visit MFD and be consulted and treated personally! Therefore there is a complex approach to the service!

Book of Health is another free and very useful service of MFD Virtual World! The Book of Health consists of useful and original articles and documents written by MFD’s leading specialists and doctors on the human health subject. Reading these articles and documents people get extremely important and interesting information how to avoid illnesses and to be healthy.
