Mechanically moving allowances between health care institutions, patient queues will not diminish

Splitting state funded health service allowance between public and private health care institutions will not solve the patient queue issue and in no way will improve the quality of health services. Allowance allocation basic criterion should be the patient's own preferences, ensuring the principle – money follows patient. Private sector has so far proved its high competitive ability, for the same price as public sector, often offering higher quality health services. In an attempt to re-allocate allowances mechanically between public and private medical institutions, health service quality, availability and the already small health sector financing efficiency will suffer.
