MFD Healthcare group will take part in the World Diabetes Day event at the Kalnciema Quarter Market

On 11 November, within the World Diabetes Day, from 12.00 to 14.00 at the Kalnciema Quarter Market Latvian diabetes federation in cooperation with MFD Healthcare group will give free coupons that will allow everyone interested to check sugar levels in blood free of charge at the MFD Health point – Dzirnavu Str. 70, Riga!


At the event will be an opportunity to enjoy special tea and healthy snacks from the restaurant «The Beginnings», as well as get specialists’ consultations.


World Diabetes Day is celebrated on 14 November. Its aim is to get public attention and raise awareness about diabetes and with it associated problems.


Diabetes is a chronic disease in which the main characteristic is the high sugar (glucose) levels in the blood. Diabetes symptoms is fatigue for no apparent reason, unexplained weight loss, thirst, frequent urination, impaired vision, slow wound healing, purulent infections, etc.
