The Fetal Medicine Foundation is a Registered Charity that aims to improve the health of pregnant women and their babies through research and training in fetal medicine. First trimester ultrasound – is crucial for early detection of congenital anomalies of the fetus and complications in pregnancy.

Carried out as an additional check-up method, in case of problems with blood circulation and heartbeat of the fetus, if the fetus is too small for its age, if the placenta is placed too low, if the mother has chronic diseases - diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney problems, etc.
The price for the examination is Ls 25.
Hydrosonography – an ultrasound of the uterine using NaCl solution. Performed to detect abnormalities of the uterus. Assigned by a gynecologist if it is necessary to get more detailed results of an ultrasound.
The price of a hydrosonography is Ls 28 (including a catheter Ls 40).
