MFD Healthcare group is improving the material and technical base of its general practitioners with the help of ERDF funding

February 20, 2012 – On October 1, 2011, Dziednieciba Ltd. (MFD Healthcare group) has concluded contracts with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) on realization of five EU projects and receiving co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

In the framework of the projects Nr. 3DP/3.1.5.1.1/10/APIA/VEC/050, -051, -053 and -054 there have been already purchased medical equipment, but furniture and computer equipment will be bought soon. These improvements are being provided for the doctors’ offices of Dziednieciba Ltd. -„Aglonas” (Aglonas Str. 35/3, Riga), „Maskavas” (Maskavas Str. 297, Riga), „Mezciems” (Sergeja Eizensteina Str. 23, Riga) and for the doctor’s office located on Prusu Str. 13, in Riga.

The project Nr. 3DP/3.1.5.1.1/10/APIA/VEC/052 will provide an opportunity to redecorate eight rooms of the MFD Outpatinet hospital’s “Dziednieciba” (Rusonu Str. 15, Riga) general practitioners.

The total amount of the projects is LVL 84 834.09, ERDF co-financing is LVL 72 108.97.

All together during the project the improvements will be made for 24 general practitioners. Duration of the project is 12 months.

The aim of the project is to improve the infrastructure and material and technical base of the Dziednieciba Ltd. general practitioners, thus making their services more accessible for residents of Riga. As well making their services correspondent to the modern requirements and regulatory documents.
