New physician - ultrasound specialist has joined MFD Outpatient Hospital “Pardaugava”

MFD Outpatient Hospital „Pardaugava” (Riga, Vienibas gatve 109) has hired the physician and ultrasound specialist Dr. Egils Bulbiks.Dr. Egils Bulbiks has a pediatric degree of Latvian Medical academy. He has taken several courses in diagnostic radiology, computed tomography, general and blood vessels ultrasonography. Dr. Egils Bulbiks has a 20 year long professional experience as a diagnostician in hospitals.
Dr. Egils Bulbiks does ultrasonography of abdominal cavity, thyroid gland, breast, prostate, muscle and skeletal system - shoulders, knees, ankles, feet, and soft tissues.
At the MFD Outpatient Hospital “Pardaugava” is installed highly precise ultrasonography equipment Philips HD 15, which allows receiving high quality images. There is used an electronic archive (PACS), which stores the results of all medical examinations available for a long time for both doctors and patients.
