A new internist has joined MFD Outpatient Hospital „Pardaugava”

30 March 2011 - A new internist Dr. Summit Chetta has joined MFD Outpatient Hospital „Pardaugava”, 109 Vienibas gatve, Riga.
Internist is a physician who specializes in the diagnosis and medical treatment of internal illnesses. He evaluates the whole picture of the processes happening in the organism and may involve other doctors in order to define the precise diagnosis and prescribe the most effective treatment. However his primary task is preventing diseases by paying big attention to timely and contemporary diagnosis.
Dr. Summit Chetta was born in India, has received medical education at Moscow Medical Academy and Riga Stradins University. The specialist has practiced at neuralgia, traumatology, and internal medicine departments, and at a cardiovascular intensive-care unit. Dr. Summit Chetta has been working at the admission office of one of Latvian hospital for five years, but starting from March he has as well joined MFD Outpatient Hospital “Pardaugava”.
The first doctor’s consultation longs for one hour. Required diagnostics is available on-site.
